Blueberry Pie Smoothie Bowl


  • 120g ice

  • 140g unsweetened almond milk

  • 50g frozen cauliflower

  • 70g frozen blueberries

  • 1 1/2 scoops IHM protein

  • 1/2 sheet graham cracker

  • 2 tbsp. lite cool whip


  1. Place ingredients, in order, besides graham cracker and cool whip into a high powered blender. 

  2. Blend on low for 20-30 seconds until ice is crushed and then switch to high for an addition 20-30 seconds or until blends smooth.

  3. Pour into a small bowl and top with crushed graham cracker and cool whip.
