Blueberry Protein Bread


  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 scoop IHM blueberry protein

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 cup egg whites (from carton is best)

  • 1 cup blueberries


  1. Pre heat oven to 350.

  2. In a large bowl combine coconut flour, baking powder, blueberry protein. Mix well and make sure all clumps are out.

  3. Add Greek yogurt, eggs, and egg whites. Mix well with mixer then carefully fold in blueberries.

  4. Pour into well greased bread pan or round cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes until golden on sides and a bit on the top. Refrigerate when cooled.
