Low Carb Crepes

 

Makes: 3-4 large crepes

Low Carb Crepes

  • 1 cup egg whites

  • 1⁄2 scoop IHM vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1⁄4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup berries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except berries) in a blender for 30-45 seconds.

  2. Let it sit for 2 min before pouring 1/4 of the mixture into a hot 9in nonstick skillet ton medium-high pan

  3. Top with sugar free syrup and berries
