4 oz. cooked lean ground beef
1 Joesph’s pita
50g frozen corn
60g black beans
1 tsp. taco seasoning.
1/4 cup fresh pico de gallo
1 head romaine lettuce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a pizza cutter, slice pita into long, thin “tortilla” strips. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle 1 tsp taco seasoning over top.
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until tortilla begins to brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
Assemble bowl by chopping romaine, and adding on top; corn, black beans, pico de gallo, ground beef and avocado. Top with tortilla strips and serve with bolthouse farms cilantro ranch!
