High Carb Day Green Smoothie

 

Summer schedule is so hard for me with kids home and getting into a routine, but I plan on intermittent fasting this summer so I can have more time with the kids and less time cooking. And shakes like these will be a staple!!

High Carb Day Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop IHM protein

  • 1 cup ice 

  • 1 cup cashew milk 

  • 110 g banana 

  • 2 TBSP PB2 

  • 2 cups spinach

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until mixed!
