I Heart Macros Peanut Butter Protein Fudge

Peanut Butter Protein Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup PB (I used Adams)

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • 2 scoops ihm vanilla protein (50g)

  • 4 tablespoons @lillys_sweets_chocolate chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour into a loaf pan or baking dish, lined with parchment paper. (Another tip I learned! Makes all the difference when you want to get the bars out of the pan to cut and make them look pretty☺️) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
    2. Freeze until firm. Defrost for 5-10min before cutting. Serve immediately. Or⤵️
    3. Store in the freezer and enjoy when you want a delicious boost!
