Peanut Butter Cup Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 grams Kodiak Cakes Chocolate mix

  • 60g canned pumpkin

  • 20g Chocolate protein (used Quest chocolate protein but you can sub IHM vanilla or any similar protein

  • 1/4 cup water (can sub milk or non dairy milk)

  • 1/2 tbsp. peanut or almond butter

  • 1/2 tbsp. light Hershey syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl

  2. Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Microwave for less time if you want a fudge center.

  3. Remove and place dollop of peanut butter in the middle. Drizzle with light Hershey syrup

NOTES:

If you have room in your macros I highly suggest serving with vanilla halo top
