INGREDIENTS:

  • 5oz cooked chicken

  • 200g butternut squash

  • 1/2 cup peppers

  • 2 mini cucumbers

  • Handful of shredded lettuce

  • 2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms dressing

  • Sprinkle red onions & cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with red onions and cilantro!
