The Perfect 4-Ingredient Post Workout Meal: Chicken, Sweet Potato, and Aspargus

 

This has definitely been on repeat. It’s the perfect post-workout meal!

Post Workout Meal

  • 4oz cooked chicken 

  • 5oz cooked sweet potatoes 

  • 5oz raw asparagus 

  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. in medium size skillet spray with Pam cooking spray.

  2. On medium heat add in asparagus and cooked chicken.

  3. Cook until asparagus is soft and golden brown.

  4. Add in cooked sweet potatoes and heat.

  5. Top with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
