Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop IHM protein powder

  • 1⁄4 cup pumpkin purée

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 oz Egg Beaters

  • 1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add water to make a batter.

    Makes 3 cakes. I top mine with @pbfit.official!
