Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop IHM vanilla protein

  • 122g pumpkin purée

  • 6 oz cashew milk

  • 1 packet cinnamon roll @betteroats

  • 1/2-1 cup ice


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add ice, IHM vanilla protein, pumpkin and milk together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Then add in dry oatmeal and stir. Enjoy!
