INGREDIENTS:

  • 170g unsweetened cashew milk

  • 130g ice

  • 50g frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 scoop IHM protein

  • 1 envelope Swiss Miss diet hot coco

  • 1/2 sheet low fat graham cracker

  • 2 smash mallow marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place first 5 ingredients, in order, in a high powered blender.

  2. Blend on medium until ice is crushed and then blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour in a large cup and top with crushed graham cracker and smash mallows.
