The picture on the left is a little painful to look at. It’s a girl who didn’t believe in herself, never worked out, binge ate every night, and let babies and life beat her up. The girl on the right—WOW! I know most won't see a “ripped” person who has cut muscles bulging out, but I see A WHOLE NEW PERSON! I proved to myself I CAN DO HARD THINGS! In the beginning, I was so nervous about all the food I was having to eat just to get to my numbers, but I trusted the process! I didn’t go a day without ice cream and yet I still got these results!
I could go on and on about my weight, my former experience as an NBA dancer and how that has affected my personal body perceptions, but you don’t have time for that. I’ll just say that my fight with nutrition the past 18 months since having my third baby has been a real struggle. But I knew if I trusted you and gave you the responsibility of designing the plan of how I should eat, that I could take on the responsibility to stick to it and put in the work. Down 8 lbs in just 4 weeks, but my energy and confidence are way up. I can’t wait to keep going!
30 days (!!!!) and GOSH am I reaping benefits far more than just visually. I live where it is bikini season year round and honestly, that is exhausting. It’s a constant battle of comparison and insecurities. By week three, my goal to be “skinny” was thrown out the window because I genuinely fell in love with the way I felt mentally both in the gym and in the kitchen and retaining that healthy mental state became my new goal. I never felt like I was “dieting.” This was hard but SO achievable. So much so that it feels like a lifestyle I can realistically continue doing.
First thank you!!! You have made this start of a new lifestyle so easy! 2.5 years ago I had a child diagnosed with leukemia and along the way I kind of forgot about myself and let emotions and fear change how I felt about life, myself and I didn’t take time to make sure I was taking care of me. This March he finishes chemo and I have no excuses to not be able to be the best self I can be.. so thanks for the jump start! You guys rock!
